The ESD described in the proposal, identified the preliminary key environmental factors or issues, outlined the work to be undertaken to predict the environmental impacts, and identified the relevant policy context. The actual impacts themselves will be addressed in the Environmental Review Document which will be available for public review later in the assessment process.
